It really depends on what you want your website to do. If your website is for a business or organization, the answer should definitely be yes. If the website is a personal website, then it will depend on whether (and how) you want people to be able to contact you.

Remember that your internet service provider (ISP) was chosen by you to give you the ability to browse the internet. The mailboxes you were given are only yours while you continue to use them as your ISP. If you switch to another ISP, you will have to make changes to your website to point to new mailboxes.

When you have mailbox support associated with your website, the "to"-address that customers see is visually related to your domain name (e.g., info@mybusiness.com). In addition, if at some point you want to move your website to another web hosting company, the domain name is moved and all your mailbox names can be rebuilt without change, avoiding any disruption to your customers.

The number of mailboxes you will get depends on your web hosting company. Our recommended host, Internet Connection, currently allows you to have up to 50 mailboxes with your account.
