Websites are not just for large corporations anymore. In fact, websites for individuals and small businesses far outnumber the websites of the corporate world. St. Mark's website was built to serve two discrete audiences:

First, the general public, to provide information to the community about the church, its worship services, and many events open to everyone.

Second, church members, to distribute information which, for privacy reasons, is made available only to members of the church.

To accomplish this, church members can apply for a username and password to log in to the website. When approved by the church, through a verification of membership, these users see special pages and menus, allowing them access to member-only information.
